Fire Safety Director and Essential Building Staff site specific duties, Emergency Action Plan for commercial and residential occupancies and High Rise compliant Emergency Procedures Manual including Floor Warden and Occupant training requirements for State of California, Title 19 and the Los Angeles Fire Code.

One-time free online pre-requisite course - FEMA ICS 100.b (only for the City of Los Angeles)

Note: Essential Building Personnel that are assigned specific duties in the Emergency Plan in the City of Los Angeles shall be trained, however certification is not mandatory and the fee for their training is at a lower rate. The lower rate also applies to Fire Safety Directors certified from locations outside the City of Los Angeles. We make every effort to provide a service at an affordable fee so that all personnel have the opportunity to attend this important training program.

Fire Safety Directors in the City of Los Angeles must participate in a live training at their building for their official certification.
